Sex trafficking is a big issue. It is about girls, women and sometimes boys being taken captive as sex slaves thinking they are going to legitimate work. This is important because as a girl I want to know that I am safe and many other females and males are safe as well. Trafficking is part of a secret and we want people to take more notice of the issue. Sometimes the girls don't speak the foreign language and the girl doesn't know the language of her captor. We want sex slavery to be abolished. The campaining is about making strides to stop sex trafficking and get justice for those who have been victimized.

 Human trafficking is the practice of people being tricked, lured, cocerced or otherwise removed from their home or country, and then forced to work with no or little payment or on terms which are highly expolitative. Slavery is a form of forced labour in which people are considered to be the properties of others. Sex trafficking and slavery are similar because in both situations victims are being forced to comply to the immoral and unjust rules of others.

Coalition against Trafficking in Women is an organization whose mission is to promote women's humans rights. They prevent trafficking by educating boys and girls in schools and communities in different parts of the world and by training teachers, professionals, police, governmental authorities and the public about the harm of sexual exploitation and ways to resist and combat it.
