Children's Rights in Schools

The Supreme Court is deciding whether to keep kid's privacy safe by checking randomly for drugs. They want to check random kids in school for drugs to supposedly keep them safe. kids and parents say that this is not fair. I particularly think this is not fair. This is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
