Mentally Disabled

Many people are discriminated against color, race, or because you are mentally disabled. Some feel they need to treat the handicap differently then others just because they are not normal. The only difference between "normal" people and the handicap is that they don’t have the privilege to become independent as others. About one to three percent of the population is handicapped. Most handicapped people cannot speak proper English. One of the causes found that causes the handicapped to become mentally disabled is toxins and genetic disorders to trauma.

In the year 1992 the most likely cause of this was the Fragile X syndrome. Exposure to toxins such as lead and mercury leave brain damage also HIV can cause mental disabilities.
