Social rights: for example poor children often did not go to school to get an education. Political rights: for example children could not vote. There are several types of rights. Here i am going to talk about them in this paragraph. The main thing i am going to talk about is Children rights. One of them is Economic rights, all children did not work but when they did they got paid less than the adults. If the children earned 10 cents then the adults would of got $1.10. Another one is Social rghts, poor children often did not go to school to get an education. They did not care back then if children did not have an education. Because african americans could not vote they could not change the laws. This was a social rights , sevice and ficities wthout being discriminated against. racist law did not allow afrivan americans to go to the same school as white students , eat in the same restaurants or sit in the front of public buses. This was a economic right given jus the freedom to earn a livin and own a property. Local laws stopped african american form gettin jobs . such as police offcers. banks would not give them loans to but homes or start businesses. many freed lsaves had no choice but to work as farmers and maids for their old slave masters. » 851 reads |
